Terms of Use

Effective August 15, 2026. These Terms of Use govern use of this website and purchase of The SAGE Stack services.

AI Opportunity Assessment

The $995 AI Opportunity Assessment includes one 45-minute Assessment session focused on one business area, workflow, role, or opportunity, a practical Action Plan delivered within seven calendar days after the completed session unless another date is agreed in writing, and one separate 30-minute findings review.

Deliverables

The Action Plan identifies the current workflow, where time, money, capacity, or quality may be lost, at least three specific AI or automation opportunities, and a recommended first implementation priority. It may also address tools, risks, technology considerations, responsible estimates, tradeoffs, and work that should remain human.

Client participation

The client must provide timely, accurate context and attend the Assessment session. Estimates depend on the information available. Unknown or unverified values remain labeled as estimates or unknown.

Guarantee and remedy

You will receive at least three specific opportunities, a clear recommendation, and a first implementation priority. If the Assessment does not deliver all three, the sole guarantee remedy is revision at no additional cost until it does.

Exclusions and scope changes

Implementation, software configuration, migrations, training, legal or security review, ongoing support, and work outside the selected business area are not included. Additional services require a separate written scope and price.

Rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, and no-shows

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If The SAGE Stack cancels, the client may reschedule or receive a refund.

No guaranteed financial result

Illustrative examples and responsible estimates are not promises of savings, revenue, capacity, performance, or return on investment. Business decisions and implementation choices remain the client’s responsibility.

Information and confidentiality

The client represents that they are authorized to share submitted business information. Do not provide passwords, access codes, card details, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive information through booking forms.

Third-party tools and AI limitations

Third-party services may change, fail, or produce incorrect output. AI-assisted work requires human review appropriate to its risk. The SAGE Stack does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or cybersecurity certification.

Intellectual property

Each engagement’s written scope will identify ownership and any license terms for custom deliverables, third-party tools, templates, or pre-existing material.
