Effective August 13, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how The SAGE Stack collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information across its website, booking, payment, analytics, and service-delivery tools.

Information collected

The SAGE Stack may collect contact details, company and role information, website and referral information, Assessment or consultation intake responses, scheduling records, meeting information, files or examples you choose to provide, and website analytics.

Services involved

Cal.com supports scheduling and intake. Stripe processes payment information. Google Analytics measures site use. Google Workspace and approved meeting or delivery systems may support the engagement. Buttondown is used only if the newsletter remains active. Each provider processes information under its own policy.

How information is used

Information is used to route inquiries, provide booked services, prepare and deliver work, communicate about sessions, maintain records, improve the site and services, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. The SAGE Stack does not sell personal information.

Payment information

Stripe handles payment-card processing. The SAGE Stack does not request card details through Assessment intake and does not store full card numbers in this website.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use Google Analytics to understand visits, conversion paths, and site performance. Analytics must not receive passwords, sensitive client data, or payment-card information.

Data minimization and intake

Do not submit passwords, access codes, card details, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive client information. Share only the information needed to explain the selected workflow or opportunity.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the engagement, business records, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the contact page.

Security limitations

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This policy may be updated when providers, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a material change is published.
