HEY THERE.

I’m Ashley.

I help businesses put AI to work in the processes, systems, and everyday tasks that consume too much time and capacity.

EXPERIENCE

For nearly 20 years, I have worked across business operations and technology.

I improve processes, build systems, automate work, introduce AI, migrate platforms, and solve complicated problems that do not fit neatly into one category.

That combination matters. Successful AI implementation is not just about choosing a tool. It requires understanding the work, the people doing it, the information involved, and what must change for the solution to be useful.

DOCUMENTED WORK

I know how to carry complicated work through.

My experience includes a company-wide platform migration, a live contractor operations system, and an AI-supported content workflow with documented quality controls.

HERE’S WHAT I’VE LEARNED

Most businesses do not need more AI tools. They need better ways to use AI.

The value does not come from adding another subscription. It comes from finding the right use case, improving the workflow around it, connecting the necessary information, and preparing the people who will use it.

The technology matters. Knowing where and how to use it matters more.

THE PROBLEMS BEHIND THE PROBLEM

I’m brought in when the technology, workflow, or AI initiative needs to actually work.

The process that makes no sense

The software nobody likes using

The manual work everyone assumes is unavoidable

The systems that do not communicate

The task three people perform three different ways

The AI conversation nobody knows how to turn into something useful

THAT’S THE WORK I LIKE

I look at how the business actually runs before recommending what to change.

I find where work is getting stuck, repeated, delayed, or lost. Then I determine whether the answer is a better process, automation, AI, a connected system, or a combination of them.

Sometimes that means building something. Sometimes it means fixing what is already there. Sometimes it means preparing the team to use AI safely and effectively.

The goal is not more technology. It is better work.

THE GOAL

AI should create real capacity.

That is what The SAGE Stack helps businesses create.

WHY I STARTED THE SAGE STACK

I know what it is like to keep everything moving.

I do not advise business owners from a distance. I am one.

Alongside my technology and consulting work, I own and operate a local fitness business. I understand what it is like to manage customers, staff, schedules, systems, finances, marketing, and all the problems that quietly become the owner’s responsibility.

When you are busy keeping everything running, it is difficult to step back and ask: Why are we still doing it this way?

I started The SAGE Stack to provide that outside perspective and then help carry the solution through. I find the work that does not need to be there, the systems that could work better, and the practical opportunities to use AI.

I want to make your systems make sense and give you some of that time back.
