Website descriptions and prices may change. Final scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria appear in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Any recoverable-hours guarantee applies only when included in that signed agreement and remains subject to its measurement method, client cooperation requirements, exclusions, and stated remedy. No other outcome is promised.

Client responsibility

Automation outcomes depend on accurate information, timely access, third-party systems, client decisions, adoption, and conditions outside our control. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining appropriate backups, permissions, security, compliance, and human oversight.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, branding, and code are owned by or licensed to Edify Consulting and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Rights in paid deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, impersonate another person, or use the website unlawfully.

Links and integrations may lead to services we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or policies.
